¿Qué me van a preguntar en la entrevista F2F?

Al comenzar las entrevistas te dirán que serán por dos secciones, la primera con Disney y la segunda con los de San Angel Inn. Mi entrevista fue en el 2020, y los que vinieron a entrevistarnos de parte de Disney fueron: Yvette, Peter y Freddy. Por parte de SAI: Nico, Lulu (María) y Nancy.

De seguro te van a preguntar algo sobre México, sobre tu estado o ciudad. Antes de ir a la entrevista me la pase viendo videos de Mexico y Guadalajara para saber datos curiosos, tradiciones y la historia que tenemos por si me preguntaban.

Yvette la reclutadora es muy estricta acerca de los datos curiosos, antes de empezar con las entrevistas, nos hizo saber que si le tocabas con ella, ella quería saber un dato de México que no supiera (costumbres, tradiciones o historia), y que era muy difícil impresionarla ya que ella siempre viene a hacer entrevistas a México y le dicen muchos datos del país. No te vayas a ir con el típico: las Posadas, el Día de Reyes, el famoso Día de Muertos, la Virgen de Guadalupe o el Día de la Independencia. Busca cosas sobre tu ciudad o tu estado, algo que casi nadie sepa.

Otras preguntas que de seguro si te hacen

• ¿Tienes tatuajes? y ¿en dónde los tienes? (te dirán que sólo señales los que sean visibles como los brazos, piernas, cuello).
• ¿Tienes piercings o expansiones?
• ¿Cuándo te gustaría llegar a empezar tu programa?
• Por parte de SAI si te preguntan que si tienes problemas en cargar cosas pesadas y trabajar o muy en la mañana o hasta la noche.

Servicio al cliente

• How will you use your experience to assist you with the customer service aspect of your role?

• If a guest didn’t like a product/food item, what would you do to solve the problem?
• How would you turn a negative situation into a positive one?
• If guests are getting impatient waiting in the line for a table, what would you do?
• What gift would you recommend to a guest who was struggling to pick something for a friend back home?
• Are you a people person?

Son muchas preguntas lo se, pero créeme si practicas algunas, te vas a sorprender con lo que te terminarán preguntando. Por ejemplo a mi me preguntaron:

Por parte de Disney

• ¿Tienes tatuajes/piercings?
• ¿Cuándo podrías irte?

Por parte de SAI

• ¿Qué haces en tu trabajo actual?
• ¿Tienes problemas en cargar cosas pesadas y trabajar?
• Me preguntaron y me hicieron saber algunas cosas de Ricardo y yo porque estamos casados.
• Platícame de tu ciudad

Al finalizar, quien te entrevistó SAI (en mi caso fue Nico) te dan una hoja, en mi caso me hicieron saber que esta hoja es casi un ''estas contratado'', dicha hoja dice sobre el programa, por ejemplo: experiencia laboral, cuanto vas a ganar, seguro médico, cuanto tienes que pagar por ir y la experiencia.
